The attendance of Anelixis Solution A.E at the 2nd HO.RE.CA trade show was completed with great success. The trade show was organised under the supervision of P.O.E.S.E. (Pan-Hellenic Union of Restaurants and Relevant Professions) between 26-29 January in Athens at the former Eastern airport.

The trade show as well as the stand of Anelixis Solutions were visited by thousands of professionals which included owners and executives of hotels (F&B Managers, Executive Chefs), businessmen and executives of restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, fast food, refreshment stands, cafes, snack bars, bakeries, confectioneries, fast food chains and many more. They were informed about the leading and pioneering solutions for restaurants, entertainment, hotel applications, fiscal and barcode systems as well as the latest solutions of process and distribution of foods.

Visitors had the opportunity familiarize themselves with the Order Plus program (dot net environment), which is capable for managing all the needs of a restaurants, bars, cafes, night clubs, bowling centers, deliveries, fast foods and any other multiform spaces. With the use of the wireless ordering system, it corresponds completely to the high requirements of large scale restaurants and cafes with the added advantage to support delivery and take away options. At the same time it follows-up consumptions, portions and ingredients in an analytical report. The Order Plus Program has the ability to communicate with any commercial ERP program. The Order Plus program uses the following wireless hardware for communication: the well known Waitermate pda, Symbol industrial pda as well as HP pda.

Kalimera is the Hospitality software program, which was created in order to cover the needs for rented rooms, studios, apartments and hotels of small capacity. The visitors had also the opportunity to be informed about FiloXenia, the complete suite application that covers all the specialised needs of medium to large size hotel. At the same time the new edition of Filoxenia Gevsi POS was presented with the use of the wireless ordering system in use with with Symbol industrial pda’s.

Finally, SATO barcode printers, PSC barcode Scanners and portable terminals and fiscal systems were all presented with great success to the public.

More that 200 companies took part and roughly 23.000 entrepreneurs, small business owners and executives visited the show over the four days, and were informed about the latest solutions, products, and technological advances within the relevant industry.
